Leadership development through coaching, where the work happens.
Excellera exists to help organisations develop the leaders who run the day-to-day. Structured coaching programmes reach team members, individual contributors, high-potentials and first-line managers, with sponsor alignment and programme-level reporting so the organisation can see what the work is producing.

Filipe Teixeira
Filipe has worked for 7+ years in large complex enterprise environments where leadership and coaching at all levels was vital to navigate change effectively. He has practised coaching since 2022, which brought him a new approach to link employee creativity and performance with the organisation's strategic direction.
Throughout the years he has coached many people who did not know what coaching was, and who would otherwise never have had access to it. He saw increased talent retention, higher motivation and stronger collaboration and strategic alignment, which traditional management, consultancy and training could not produce on their own.

Three things that shape how we work
Coaching where the work happens
Structured coaching reaches a broader leadership population.
The organisation hears itself
Anonymised programme-level themes that no survey returns.
Designed for sustainable change
A six-month follow-up to check whether resulting change has been sustainable.
Five values behind the coaching work
Speed
Decisions made cleanly and acted on, so learning turns into practice quickly.
Focus
Attention placed on the few things that move the work, and protected from what does not.
Awareness
Leaders see their own patterns, their impact and their context clearly before deciding what to change.
Agility
Capability that adapts as the situation changes, rather than a single technique for a single moment.
Impact
Change that translates into better leadership, stronger performance and sustainable progress over time.
Confidential for participants, transparent for sponsors
Coaching only works when participants can be honest. Individual coaching content stays between coach and participant. Sponsors receive programme-level reporting, using anonymised insights and factual measures such as attendance.
Participants are told at the start what is reported and at what level. That transparency is deliberate. It makes the reporting a route people are willing to use rather than something that happens to them: a way for what cannot be said in a meeting to reach the organisation, with no name attached to it.
What we believe
- Leadership can be developed at every level, not only at the top.
- Coaching unlocks potential that professionals already have, but cannot access.
- Managers who experience coaching themselves become stronger leadership multipliers.
- Organisations rarely get an honest account of themselves, and the people who have one are already inside.
